Job Specification

• Design and develop KEC QMS requirements for all business processes and deployment through Unit level QMS documentation.
• Review, maintain & Update the Quality System Manual and Handbooks.
• Business Process Integration & Harmonisation. (Process Approach)
• Drive annual quality improvement plan in co-ordination with concerned.
• Plan and perform Quality System Audits - & monitoring of Improvement actions.
• Quality Reporting & review - Quality Scorecard & Quality Operating System.
• Deployment of customer specific requirements for manufacturing
• Advance Quality planning & Design review co-ordination
• Customer complaint investigation and review of corrective actions
• Coordination of Change control management
• Customer Quality

• Customer Compliant coordination
• APQP coordination & support to Project Organization and other related functions
• Customer contact / visit & project review.
• Customer Submission requirement for new / modified products.
• Follow-up quality progress of external / internal product homologation test.
• Internal training & coaching on APQP deployment.
• Change Management
• Coordinate Engineering Change Management process, internally & externally with Customers /  Marketing & Sales Organization, as applicable.

• Customer warranty Handling, Project Management, & supplier quality experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of International Standards, PPAP, APQP, MSA and process audit skill etc.
• Comprehensive experience in total Quality Assurance / Mfg Engg. / Production experience, preferably in Electrical Industry Quality.
